1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By engaging the services of Buffalo Coating Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").

2. SERVICES

2.1. The Company provides vehicle undercoating and related protective coating services ("Services") as specified in the service agreement or work order.

2.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsuitable for undercoating application.

3. SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS

3.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and maintain any appointment. No appointment will be scheduled or held without receipt of this deposit. Services are provided by appointment only.

3.2. Cancellations must be made at least one 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1. Pricing for Services will be as quoted in writing prior to work commencement.

4.2. Additional charges may apply for excessive rust removal, surface preparation, or other necessary preliminary work.

4.3. Payment is due in full upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. WARRANTIES

Buffalo Coating Solutions offers two distinct warranty programs based on the service chosen:

5A. WOOLWAX WARRANTY

5A.1. The Company provides a one (1) year limited warranty on Woolwax undercoating applications, subject to the following conditions:

  • Annual inspection performed by Buffalo Coating Solutions

  • No modification or tampering with the applied coating

  • Vehicle has not been subjected to unusual or extreme conditions

  • Regular washing and maintenance of vehicle as recommended

5A.2. Warranty Coverage:

  • Warranty covers separation or peeling of the applied coating from the treated surface

  • If warranty service is required, the Company will reapply coating to affected areas only

  • Labor and material for warranty work is provided at no charge for covered issues

5A.3. Warranty Exclusions:

  • Pre-existing rust or corrosion

  • New rust formation, even within warranty period

  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or road debris

  • Areas where coating was not originally applied

  • Damage from improper vehicle maintenance

  • Environmental damage (floods, salt water exposure, chemical exposure)

  • Damage from modifications to vehicle

  • Areas affected by mechanical repairs or alterations

5A.4. Annual Reapplication Program:

  • Customers may enroll in our annual reapplication program

  • Program offers discounted rates for scheduled reapplication

  • Reapplication must be performed within 30 days of original application anniversary

  • Enrollment in program does not extend or modify original warranty terms

  • Discount rates subject to change with notice

5A.5. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle.

5B. AEGIS ANTICORROSIVE CLEAR COAT WARRANTY

5B.1. The Company provides a limited lifetime warranty for our Aegis anticorrosive clearcoat application, defined as fifteen (15) years from the date of application, subject to the following conditions:

  • Annual inspection performed by Buffalo Coating Solutions

  • No modification or tampering with the applied coating

  • Vehicle has not been subjected to unusual or extreme conditions

  • Regular washing and maintenance of vehicle as recommended

  • Documentation of inspections and maintenance must be maintained

5B.2. Prorated Coverage Structure:

  • Years 1-5: 100% coverage for materials and labor

  • Years 6-10: 75% coverage for materials and labor

  • Years 11-15: 50% coverage for materials and labor

  • Beyond 15 years: Continued coverage at 25% for materials and labor

5B.3. Warranty Coverage:

  • Warranty covers separation or peeling of the applied clearcoat from the treated surface

  • If warranty service is required, the Company will reapply coating to affected areas only

  • Labor and material coverage according to prorated schedule above

  • Customer responsible for remaining percentage of costs per prorated schedule

5B.4. Warranty Exclusions:

  • Pre-existing rust or corrosion

  • New rust formation, even within warranty period

  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or road debris

  • Areas where coating was not originally applied

  • Damage from improper vehicle maintenance

  • Environmental damage (floods, salt water exposure, chemical exposure)

  • Damage from modifications to vehicle

  • Areas affected by mechanical repairs or alterations

  • Failure to maintain biennial inspection schedule

  • Vehicles used for commercial purposes

  • Vehicles exposed to caustic or corrosive materials

5B.5. Mandatory Inspections:

  • Annual inspections required to maintain warranty

  • Inspection appointments must be scheduled within 30 days of due date

  • Inspection fee applies and is not covered by warranty

  • Failed inspection may void warranty if issues are not addressed

  • Written documentation of inspection findings provided

5B.6. Maintenance Requirements:

  • Regular washing of vehicle (minimum monthly)

  • Prompt repair of any body damage

  • Documentation of maintenance may be required for warranty claims

  • Following all provided care instructions

5B.7. Transfer of Warranty:

  • Warranty may be transferred once to a subsequent owner

  • Transfer must be registered within 30 days of vehicle sale

  • Transfer fee applies

  • All maintenance records must be provided to new owner

  • New owner must continue biennial inspection schedule

5B.8. Claims Process:

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering issue

  • Vehicle must be made available for inspection

  • Proof of maintenance and required inspections must be provided

  • Company has 60 days to evaluate claim and determine coverage

  • Company reserves right to employ third-party evaluators

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. Customer must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information

  • Remove personal items from vehicle

  • Inform of any existing damage or concerns

  • Ensure vehicle is reasonably clean for service

6.2. The Company is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

7.1. The Company's liability is limited to the cost of Services provided.

7.2. The Company is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

  • Consequential or incidental damages

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Damage resulting from customer's failure to follow maintenance recommendations

8. PREPARATION AND ACCESS

8.1. The Company requires full access to vehicle undercarriage and related areas.

8.2. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or preparation is required.

9. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

9.1. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions that could affect application quality.

9.2. The Company reserves the right to determine suitable working conditions.

10. DOCUMENTATION

10.1. Customer will receive documentation of:

  • Services performed

  • Warranty information (if applicable)

  • Maintenance recommendations

  • Product information

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Direct negotiation

  • Mediation

  • Binding arbitration in Buffalo, New York

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

13. MODIFICATIONS

13.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms with notice to customers.

13.2. Continued use of Services following modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By scheduling or accepting Services, Customer acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
